A Christmas-eve storm is closing in. The Survival Elf has been tracking conditions from base camp and your team has one window to reach the summit — and get everyone back safely — before it hits.
Teams manage oxygen, allocate resources, plan their route, and make decisions under real time pressure. This is BGSA's Summit challenge — wrapped in a festive story shell that actually makes it better.

Genuine competition
Teams race to summit Everest and get everyone home. Only one team wins. The Elf declares the champions.

Scores in. The Elf declares the champions. Photos, celebration, done. No corporate debrief. (10–12 mins)
